FILMCO welcomes new appointments at TTT and FilmTT

Port of Spain, Thursday 18th June 2020: FILMCO: The Filmmakers Collaborative of Trinidad and Tobago, welcomes the news that vital state funded organisations, TTT and FilmTT, have appointed staff to senior management positions. We congratulate David Roberts and Leslie-Anne Wills-Caton on their appointments as chief executive officer of TTT and general manager of FilmTT respectively.
2020 has already fostered unique and difficult challenges for film and television industries globally, and Trinidad and Tobago has likewise been adversely affected. This said, we know that creative and innovative solutions to all the issues facing our fledgling industry can and must be found. We look forward to fruitful collaborations with both organisations and a renewed sense of commitment to continuing the important work of developing and growing a sustainable film and television industry for all industry stakeholders and citizens of Trinidad and Tobago. And we look forward to meeting with Mr Roberts and Mrs Wills-Caton soon.
