To this end, has collaborated with Douglas/Day (UK) and b/dscvrd casting (Canada) to cast Trinbagonian talent for projects in those respective territories.
In 2013 he created the Theatrebuzz Callboard, Trinidad and Tobago’s first and only casting website, and trusted digital hub where producers/directors can find talent and other creative collaborators for their projects. It has since facilitated OVER 500 casting calls. In 2020, the website hit its highest milestone to date of OVER 10,000 subscribers.
